Building the Future of Operations & Logistics in LaGrange
We’re proud to continue our work in large-scale industrial warehouse construction with Pegasus Industrial II, a 357,680-square-foot tilt-up distribution center located in LaGrange, Georgia.
This project represents the second phase of a two-building complex developed on a 72-acre site. Designed for flexibility and efficiency, Pegasus II is ready to meet the needs of logistics, e-commerce, and warehousing operations across the region.
Designed for Performance
“This is speculative construction done right,” said Cameron Harp, Project Manager. “Even without a tenant signed, every square foot is built for performance and longevity.”
Pegasus Industrial II is built with adaptability in mind. Key features include:
- 36' clear height
- 63 dock-high doors and 2 drive-in doors
- 57 trailer parking spaces
- 201 auto parking spaces
- 185-foot truck court
- Complete utility installation
- Stormwater conveyance system
Construction Progress
“On a job of this size, the schedule has to work for everyone,” said Doug Williams, Superintendent. “We build our timeline around the expertise of our trade partners.”
Our teams have made significant progress on-site, moving through each construction phase with precision and coordination:
- Slab-on-grade pour completed
- Tilt-wall panel forming underway
- Rebar installation and panel erection
- Roof joists, columns, and steel decking
- Roofing and final painting
Built on Trust and Repeat Partnership
Pegasus II follows the success of Pegasus Phase I , which Duffey Southeast completed for the same client. With a proven process and trusted collaboration, we’re proud to bring this next phase to life.
